WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
By placing an order you agree to waiting the current 2-5 business days processing time before your order is shipped. If your order contain a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday.
All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) Delivery time varies from 5-20 business days depends on destination. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during holiday seasons.
Express shipping available if you want to rush your order.
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard worldwide shipping for orders over $25.
Orders not qualified as free shipping, we offer a shipping rate of $6-$13 depends on destination.
We also offer a multitude of EXPRESS shipping options (FedEx/DHL/UPS etc) for you to choose from - you can find these options at checkout!
Please note, all international orders are charged duties and taxes in advance.

Will I get a tracking number for my package?
Yes! We will send you a notification email with your order number and tracking number when we ship your package

What if " I need to change something on my order"?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! This means that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, if you need to change contact person/delivery address, let us know before we arrange shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) and ship the item(s) back within 14 days.
Please contact us before you send the product(s) back to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Once we receive your item we will process your request. For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are beyond 14 days will no longer be available for return.
If your item arrived damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Send us pictures or videos of your damaged item for a full refund or exchange.
Custom order and item on sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping cost
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping charge.
If due to our reasons, the items received are damaged or not correct, we will be responsible for return shipping charge.

How can I find the right size for my dog?
We recognize that every pup is different and has a unique size. That is why on all of our products we have a size guide where you can find the suitable size for your pup.
The very first and most important step is to measure your dog correctly! Carefully read and follow here
What happens if I didn't find a suitable size for my dog?
Please feel free to send us a message. Let us know your dog's personal measurements, we will be very glad to custom-made one special for your dog.
How to care?
If your dog walks in light rain, just clean with a sponge to wipe out mud or soot and hook on the door to dry. Machine washable in cold water. Remember to CLOSE VELCRO before put into washing machine. (Recommend hand wash for long term usage)
How long is the shipping process?
We are typically able to process your order in 3-5 business days. Custom order will take about 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. For more information, please read our Shipping Policy.
