  • Where are you located?

Our workshop is located in China, where all our products are designed and produced in house.

  • How can I keep up-to-date on all of your fabulous new styles?

Follow us on Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest @langerland where you can stay up to date on the latest trends, styles and new products. You can also sign up for email updates on all our styles and promotions-- sign up box is at the bottom of our website.

    Shipping

    • How quickly will I receive my order?

    We are typically able to process your order in 3-5 business days. Custom order will take about 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Our standard estimated shipping times are:

    North America: 7-15 days

    Europe: 5-10 days

    Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-12 days

    Japan: 4-7 days

    Please note that sometimes shipping time may take longer than usual due to unexpected situation, and as a result we cannot guarantee an arrival date.

    • Can I exchange or return my online purchase?

    Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) and ship the item(s) back within 14 days.

    • What payment options do you offer?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

    •  Are payments on your website secure?

    Yes, your security and privacy is our priority. All payments processed on Langerland are safely handled by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

    Size & Fit

    • How can I find the right size for my dog?

    We recognize that every pup is different and has a unique size. That is why on all of our products we have a size guide where you can find the suitable size for your pup.

    •  What happen if I didn't find a suitable size for my dog?

    Please feel free to send us a message. Let us know your dog's personal measurements, we will be very glad to custom made one special for your dog.

    Carefully follow "HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG" size guide. Double check your tape is accurate in terms of cm or inches. LANGERLAND is not responsible for inaccurate measurements.

    • Can you give me a suggestion if I tell you my dog's weight?

    If two dogs have the same weight, it doesn't mean they can wear same size clothing. So measuring your dog correctly is the most important thing before you receive a perfect jacket for your dog.

    Product Care

    • Quality

    We pride ourselves with our high-quality products and top-notch designs. If you have any concerns with your product, please email us: mrlanger.langerland@gmail.com with details and photos of the garment/product to discuss your concern.

    • Washing

    If your dog walks in light rain, just clean with a sponge to wipe out mud or soot and hook on the door to dry.
    Machine washable in cold water. Remember to CLOSE VELCRO before put into washing machine.
    (Recommend hand wash for long term usage)
