How to use
How to use
- Select the Right Size: Make sure you measure your dog correctly and follow our size chart
- Activate the Cooling Effect:
Immerse the cooling coat in cold water. Make sure the coat is fully saturated.
Gently wring out the coat to remove excess water. The coat should be damp but not dripping wet. - Putting on the coat. Fasten the adjustable buckle around your dog's body to ensure a snug and comfortable fit. Adjust to ensure the coat fits well without being too tight or too loose. It should cover most of your dog’s body for maximum cooling effect.
- During Use:
If needed, use the D-ring on the coat to attach your dog's leash.
Monitor Your Dog: Keep an eye on your dog to make sure they are comfortable and not experiencing any irritation from the coat.
Re-wet as Needed: Depending on the weather and duration of use, you may need to re-wet the coat periodically to maintain the cooling effect. Simply repeat steps 2 and 3.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
By placing an order you agree to waiting the current 2-5 business days processing time before your order is shipped. If your order contain a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday.
All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) Delivery time varies from 5-20 business days depends on destination. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during holiday seasons.
Express shipping available if you want to rush your order.
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

We offer free standard worldwide shipping for orders over $25.
Orders not qualified as free shipping, we offer a shipping rate of $6-$13 depends on destination.
We also offer a multitude of EXPRESS shipping options (FedEx/DHL/UPS etc) for you to choose from - you can find these options at checkout!

What if " I need to change something on my order"?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! This means that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, if you need to change contact person/delivery address, let us know before we arrange shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) and ship the item(s) back within 14 days.
Please contact us before you send the product(s) back to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Once we receive your item we will process your request. For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are beyond 14 days will no longer be available for return.
If your item arrived damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Send us pictures or videos of your damaged item for a full refund or exchange.
Custom order and item on sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
