Dear Parents,
We will be happy to make the perfect coat for your furry friends but the most important point is the MEASUREMENTS!
Your assistance will be needed here because only the correct measurements of your pet can help to figure out what size will fit the best.
1. Please learn how to correctly measure your dog:
• Use a soft tape measure or wide rope to take the measurements.
• Do not use a hard straight ruler or a carpenters tape measure.
• When measuring the back length, your dog must be STANDING straight on the legs with his/her head up and looking forward, back should be as straight as possible!!!!
• If your dog is lying down or sitting, his/her back length will be longer than the actual length.
• Measure from the base of the neck (start of the shoulder blades) to the base of the tail.
• Do not measure from where the collar sits. The coat length should be the same or longer by 1 to 2 inches as your dogs’ back length.
A--Back length: From the base of the neck (start of the shoulder blades) to the base of tail
B--Neck girth: The circumference at the base of neck
C--Chest girth: The circumference at the thickness part of chest
2. Choose the Back Length based on what you measured
3. Choose if you need zipper harness slit
4. Upload photos of your dog
5. Leave a message after you add to cart
Let us know the color you chose + measurements of your dog ( back length/ neck/ chest girth)

Easy clean with a cloth to wipe out mud or soot, hook anywhere for fast dry
Hand or machine wash in cold, gentle cycle and hang to dry
If the reflective prints peel off, use a cotton cloth between the coat and the iron, set on a low temperature and gently iron the reflective prints stick on the coat

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
By placing an order you agree to waiting the current 2-5 business days processing time before your order is shipped. If your order contain a pre-order item, it will be shipped when that item is ready. We ship Monday-Friday.
All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) Delivery time varies from 5-20 business days depends on destination. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during holiday seasons.
Express shipping available if you want to rush your order.
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard worldwide shipping for orders over $25.
Orders not qualified as free shipping, we offer a shipping rate of $6-$13 depends on destination.
We also offer a multitude of EXPRESS shipping options (FedEx/DHL/UPS etc) for you to choose from - you can find these options at checkout!
Please note, all international orders are charged duties and taxes in advance.

Will I get a tracking number for my package?
Yes! We will send you a notification email with your order number and tracking number when we ship your package

What if " I need to change something on my order"?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! This means that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, if you need to change contact person/delivery address, let us know before we arrange shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item(s) and ship the item(s) back within 14 days.
Please contact us before you send the product(s) back to us. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Once we receive your item we will process your request. For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are beyond 14 days will no longer be available for return.
If your item arrived damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Send us pictures or videos of your damaged item for a full refund or exchange.
Custom order and item on sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping cost
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping charge.
If due to our reasons, the items received are damaged or not correct, we will be responsible for return shipping charge.
